Shipping policy
SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
We offer free shipping within USA only via USPS First Class Mail and we ship internationally for an additional fee calculated at checkout. Please note that we do not have control over the shipping rates systematically calculated by our carriers on international orders at check out. We currently do not ship to the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Guam, or the Northern Mariana Islands.
Orders' processing time is 1-2 business days max (this does not include weekends or holidays) from placing your order.
Once your order is mailed, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email or text message (depending on how you placed your order) and it will include tracking number and insurance ONLY IF you selected the "Priority Shipping" or "Recommended" shipping option at checkout as well as on any international order. Orders mailed with FREE STANDARD SHIPPING do not include tracking number nor insurance.
Once an order has been submitted into our system, we cannot cancel or make changes to it. Please double-check the items in your cart and verify the accuracy of your billing and shipping information before confirming your order. We do not refund or replace items that have been shipped and delivered to an address that was entered incorrectly.
We're asking our customers to please allow up to 3-5 business days from shipping confirmation for tracking updates at USPS or selected carrier's website.
If you placed your order with the FREE STANDARD SHIPPING option and it is remains undelivered status by USPS website within 15 business days from shipping date, please contact info@nailfordable.com to determine the next steps. Please note that we do not issue full or partial refunds back to your card on free shipping orders.
If you selected our PRIORITY MAIL or RECOMMENDED as your shipping option at check out and USPS or carrier does not confirm your order as delivered at their website within 5 business days (for Priority) or 10 days (For Recommended) from shipping date, please let us know at info@nailfordable.com. We will file a missing mail claim to follow up on your delivery. Please allow 2 business days for resolution, if not resolved, we would either 1) Resend your order and provide the new tracking number; 2) Issue a full refund or 3) Issue a full store credit on your order (whichever you prefer). If you chose to get your order mailed again and If the previous missing order gets delivered as well as the replacement, we will send you a free return label to return one of them.
DELIVERED ORDERS:
If the tracking number on your order shows "delivered" at USPS/Carrier's website and you did not received your order, please contact them directly (if UPS/FEDEX) or your local USPS post office, otherwise file a missing mail claim at https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm, using the following sender address:

Note: We do not resend orders or issue refunds on orders that been confirmed as "delivered" by USPS or Carrier.
ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS TO CONSIDER:
- If your order gets returned to us due to incorrect address, we will send you an email or text message to the number at our records to confirm the correct address and resend your order, if no response is received within 15 business days we will cancel and refund your order to the original payment method.
- If you live in an apartment with a common mailroom, please consider shipping your package to an alternate address to minimize the risk of theft. We do not reship orders that have been tracked and delivered to the provided address.
- Orders shipped to Canada that exceed $20 USD may be subject to import duties, fees, taxes, and/or additional charges. The recipient may be required to pay applicable fees in order for the package to clear customs.
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right!
- We monitor all orders mailed a second time and reserve the right to refuse service to anyone that may misuse or abuse the policy.
