RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY:
If you follow our application instructions and despite your best efforts, our product isn’t what you’d hoped, we would love to see how we can help! We encourage you to reach out to our customer service experts by contacting info@nailfordable.com. we want to make sure you have the opportunity to experience our product before giving up too soon!
We allow customers to return their products within 30 days of purchase for a refund to the original payment method only, excluding shipping costs.
Please be aware that refunds are only for product sent back (unopened and in original packaging).
To submit a return & refund request, please send an email to info@nailfordable.com. Once your request is approved, you will receive a prepaid return label via email.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on gift cards and/or other nail care products.
YOU WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION TO REQUEST A RETURN:
- Order Number - Your Order Number can be found in your order confirmation email
- Email Address - You’ll need to provide the email that was used to place your order.
All returns must be approved and processed with our company-issued return shipping label to ensure proper tracking and processing of the return. If a customer does not use our company-issued return label and return procedure, their return will not be processed and a refund will not be issued.
The cost of return shipping & handling is $5 per order. The return shipping & handling cost will automatically be deducted from the refunded amount. We monitor all returns and reserve the right to refuse service to anyone that may misuse or abuse the policy.
Unfortunately we do not accept returns or refunds for "wrong size" or "wrong style" selected sets. Please double-check the items in your cart and verify the size or style selected before completing your check out. Once an order has been submitted into our system, we cannot cancel or make changes to it.
ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS TO CONSIDER:
- Refunds will only be issued back to the payment method used at the time of purchase and bank processing time may take up to 3 business days to show back in your card. If this is not the case, please contact us to obtain the refund ID for resolution with your bank.
- For orders that include a coupon, you will be refunded the discounted purchase price of the items that are eligible for return.
